📌 Who Can Apply? (2026 Phase 2)
To be eligible for the Free Laptop Scheme 2026:
✅ Must have Punjab domicile
✅ Must be a regular student enrolled in 1st or 2nd semester of a public sector college or university
✅ Must not have received a laptop from previous schemes
